consultrack is a personal time-tracking tool designed for consultants and freelancers. It allows you to log hours, manage projects, sync calendar events, and generate activity reports. The Service is provided on a single-user basis.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable prior notice.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into consultrack. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for exporting and backing up your own data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions or account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
  • Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

6. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, consultrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
